The best analogy I can give to Jesse and his very practical approach is that Jesse is the mental health equivalent of a strength training coach at the gym. He’s going to speak with you about your technique, observe your mechanics as you do your thing and suggest a few things or walk you through another approach that might work better for you to help you avoid needless pain.

Working together with Jesse over these past few months has made a big impact on how I view myself and the world around me.
